Meet Buster, a one-year-old bundle of joy with a perfect balance of playful energy and affectionate charm! Buster loves people and is always ready to engage, whether it’s for a game, a snuggle, or simply being by your side. He’s a pleasure to care for—easygoing with ear cleaning and medication. Buster’s signature high-stepping, bouncy gait will melt your heart as he joyfully runs to greet you!

This smart pup has the potential to be the best companion with a bit of guidance to keep him focused, and he’ll thrive in a home with a responsible, caring leader. Though the shelter is all he’s known, Buster radiates happiness, living each moment with boundless love and acceptance.

Buster is fully vaccinated, including the Lyme vaccine, and he’s one of the few Lyme-negative dogs here. He’s currently at the shelter with his dad, Merle, while his mom, Roxy, and brother, Gerald, have found their forever homes. Now, it’s Buster’s turn to find his perfect match!

Additional adoption info

Call 740-934-2693 to make an appointment to visit pets at our shelter! All pets are spayed or neutered and up to date on all shots before leaving our facility. You must fill out an adoption form and be approved. We will need to see a driver license or valid id card with your address.

$150.00 adoption fee for dogs/puppies. All dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on shots and rabies shots, wormed, heartworm and lyme disease tested.

$50.00 adoption fee for cats. All cats are up to date on shots, have been spayed and neutered, and feline leukemia tested.
