Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This helps High Country Humane with pet care costs.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bow-wow! My name is Buddy! I'm a handsome gentleman and I have expressive ears that can't hide what I'm thinking! My caregivers don't know much about my past other than coming in as a stray from Tuba City, but that's okay, because I'm just focused on a fresh start and finding my furever family. I'm ready for endless adventures, playtime, and naps in my very own bed.
I am a super nice guy and love people! I like other dogs and I would love to meet any potential friends you may have for me! My favorite kind of toy is ALL OF THEM! I love to play fetch with a ball, chew on a bone or chew toy, and the squeaky ones are just too cool! I am mostly potty trained, but I am still learning how to ask when I need to go. I am learning quickly! I walk well on a leash and am going to make a great adventure buddy! I know hot to "sit", "lay down", and "shake" on command! I am very smart and treat motivated. I have lots of energy for play! I would benefit from having a yard to run in or someone who likes to take walk, hikes, or runs! But first, I need to meet my new best friend. Is that you? I can't wait to see you! Contact my foster at (480) 455-0254 to meet me!
Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
