My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Villa.  My foster mom calls me baby. I think that's because I'm smaller than my siblings. We were all born in a foster home after my mama was rescued by St. Francis. We still live with her in our foster home but are looking for a forever home now.

I am a sweet, and very cute kitty. My foster mom says I look like a Gremlin with my big eyes. But I'm much cuter than that.

I am very smart and learn things quickly. I know when my foster mom says 'NO' I'm supposed to stop what I was doing. She says I am not allowed on the table. I dont' know why, I just want to see what everyone is eating. I am a very curious kitten.

I'm a typical kitty that loves to run, jump and play with all my toys. I have a cat tower too that I climb up and down on. After I've done that for a while, I'm ready for a nap. I can make a toy out of anything. I love paper bags and playing in boxes. Chasing small pom pom balls is my favorite. Sometimes I put them in my water dish. I like to watch them float around.

Even though I'm the smallest, I like to run around and wrestle with my brothers and sister. They may be bigger than me, but I'm just as strong.

I'm strong because I like to eat. I love to eat canned cat food. That is really yummy and the best. I'll eat dry food but it's not as good. I guess it's good for my teeth though.

I'm not afraid of new people but I need a little time to get to know them before I'll sit with them.

I'm hoping to find a new home that is just as fun as the foster home I'm in now. I'd like a family that will play with me, feed me good food and love me forever.

More about this rescue

St. Francis Animal Rescue (SFAAR) is a volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned, neglected, stray and surrendered dogs and cats. Until they are adopted, the pets in our program live in loving foster homes as part of the family while we learn about their personalities, behaviors and temperaments. Foster families work with their animals to teach them good manners, care for any medical problems, and address any behavior issues. This information helps our adoption counselors match the perfect pet for you and your family.
