My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

June is an exceptionally loving dog. We’ve had her since she was just a puppy and rescued her from a shelter that visited CT from Georgia. She has been with us for the past 6 years. She was brought into a multi-pet household with other cats and dogs. Over her life though, she has shown she does not prefer to be in such a pet filled home. While she generally tolerates the cats - she has a hard time with the other dogs in the house.

We have been trying our best to train this out of her - but after a bite against one of our other dogs, we feel the environment our home provides is not one that allows June to feel comfortable and safe.

June does however love people. She gets along with everyone we’ve had over and loves to snuggle on the couch with anyone who allows it. She also loves adventures and is always asking to come along when the opportunity arises.

While we love June with all that we have - we feel it is in her best interest to be a solo pet to a loving family.
