Meet Sherman, the handsome and playful young Husky with a goofy streak that will keep you smiling. True to his Husky roots, Sherman is full of energy and curiosity. While he may be a bit reserved when meeting new dogs, he`s shown that with the right playmate, he knows how to let loose and have a blast! Recently, he met a young female dog who brought out his fun-loving side, and they had a great time together.Sherman is also making progress on his leash skills and walks fairly well, making him a great companion for your outdoor adventures. With his striking looks and charming personality, he`s sure to turn heads wherever he goes. If you`re looking for a silly, spirited Husky who’s ready to bring joy and excitement into your life, Sherman might just be your perfect match!

Sherman recently met some social dogs at our shelter and did fine. He`s still not ready to play too much, but he`s starting to show us his silly side with other dogs. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match! Check out his playgroup video here:

To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too. We are located at 3839 Bradshaw Road, Sacramento. I look forward to getting to know you!

We cannot hold animals via e-mail or telephone, nor can we ship animals out of the area.
