My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Updated: 08NOV24

**Meet Sandy!**

Gender: Female
Age: 8 months of pure sweetness and silliness!
Breed: Catahoula Leopard Dog / Terrier
Spayed: Yes, she's ready for her forever home!

**Introducing the chill queen, Sandy!**

Rescued from the side of a busy highway with her brother Dune, Sandy is now living her best life in a foster home, proving that even a highway scare can't dim her sparkle!

**"A gentle soul with a heart of gold (and a tail that wags like a propeller)!**

This super chill pup is great with dogs, cats, and kids alike! In fact, she loves the cats more than they love her-so much so that even when they hiss, Sandy just takes it in stride, probably thinking, "Oh, you're just playing hard to get!

**"Kid-friendly and cool as a cucumber!**

Sandy is great with the kids (ages 11, 12, and 14) in her foster home. You could say she's a pro at managing the chaos of a bustling household while still keeping her cool.

**"Potty training? No problem!**

Sandy is doing well with her house and crate-training, and she'll let you know when it's time to go outside-likely with the same enthusiasm as a kid on Christmas morning!

Sandy is a sweet dog deserving of a family of her very own! If you're looking for a laid-back companion who can bring laughter and love into your life, Sandy is your gal! Get ready for endless cuddles, goofy moments, and a furry friend who's always up for a good time!
