My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is my parent's dog. Both has been diagnosed with Dementia and can no longer take care of the dog. Nico was purchased from a Bichon Breeder in Oakland. I believe he is 11 yrs old. He has developed some skin allergies as parents continue to feed him everything. I would like someone that is good with senior dogs to adopt him and give him the best attention and love.
