Sometimes the greatest gifts come in smaller packages and this little firecracker is no exception! Introducing Hayleigh, a short little corgi/ lab-mix (these are just guesses, she is a amazing mutt) who weighs just shy of 30 lbs. This pretty girl is almost a year old and would love nothing more for her birthday than to find a permanent home to call her very own. Hayleigh came from a home with 2 cats and a lot of dogs, so for her comfort and to help the transition, home with at least one other dog is preferred. This sweetie is a dream with the people she knows and trusts but takes a little while to adjust to new situations. Because she came from a household with only females, she can be a bit weary of men. Fortunately, she warms up to them when they spend time with her and gain her trust. This girl is also energetic and loves to safely roughhouse with other pups who enjoy that kind of play, after all she is still a bit of a puppy. They way to her heart, you ask. Easy... a little patience and a Kong with some peanut butter. She is also an excellent member of the family since she is housebroken, crate trained and walks well on a leash.
