Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Welcome Chuk to the CCPAL Foster program. Chuk is a 4-month-old Chiweenie. He weighs about 4 pounds. He is bold, outgoing, loving and comical. He gets along well with other dogs slightly bigger than himself and a lot larger. He will go potty on a wee pad. He is very good about finding the pad when he needs to go. He is good in a crate, loves being held and very playful. He is good in a car and will be small enough to go with you in a smaller travel bag for dogs. He is currently in Texas in a foster home. He will have all 3 of his distemper vaccines and will be neutered when he is over 5 pounds and ready for his forever home. He will make some lucky family a great companion. He would be fine in a family with children. Due to his small size, he would be best in a home where the children are over 8. He is tiny and trusting and we feel a smaller child could easily hurt him. He also lives with a cat and does fine. He should be 10 pounds or less full grown. Anyone getting a puppy should not work 8 hours away from home as he will need to finish up his puppy training. He also is very social and would need and like to go places and have interactions with his people to continue with his wonderful personality of loving everyone. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally. We can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is $200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions.
