My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Catch is a goofy 5 yr old guy. Catch loves to play and run around. He enjoys running around in the snow right now for a couple minutes then he's ready to come back in! Catch is a very goofy boy, who loves to play. This handsome boy is neutered and up to date on shots. His owner passed and is looking for a new home. He does great on walks, but is selective of people. Best not around small kids or other animals.

More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
