Hank was born around April 12, 2015 and weighs about 40 pounds. Hank was adopted from us in 2015 and recently returned because of an incident with a child in the home. His adopters told us that for the past 9 years Hank has been the perfect dog in every way but that one incident. We always and forever welcome our dogs back and we were happy to welcome him with open arms. Hank is indeed just about perfect in every way. He is wonderful with the other dogs here and has lived with cats. Hank rides nicely in the car and walks well on leash. Hank is very human-oriented and wishes to be with his people as much as possible. Hank loves cuddling with you while you watch TV or read a good book. He has been fine with older children and we are going to say no kids under 10. If your looking for an easy- move in ready dog Hank is your man! The below description is what we wrote for him when he first arrived in 2015.
Hank Maynard was born about April 12, 2015 and may end up weighing in the 40 lb. range when full grown. Cute doesn't begin to describe this adorable puppy! He is absolutely friendly, playful, fun, and just plain sweet! He was found stray in the south, but someone must have had him for a bit since notes say that he is good with kids and any size dogs. We sure are glad there was room for this cutie to come stay with us for awhile so you could find him!
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $450.00.
Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a 'complete' pet.
Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. Pet care and vet bills are expensive - you must be ready to take on this financial (as well as emotional) responsibility.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO ADOPT A DOG FROM JOYFUL RESCUES
We keep our pet list as up-to-date as possible. As soon as a pet is adopted, it is removed from the list. If a pet is still showing, it is still available for adoption.
