Here's what the humans have to say about me:
(No idea what breed mix she might be) Mama Keto, once she gets to know you, is a sweet but fearful, she had been in foster for 3 months and still ducks when I pet her head, in spite of her fear she is affectionate and loves to be with her peron. She is house trained but I do take her outside every 4 hours and crate her overnight, she loves to run wild when I take her outside of the fenced yard, zooms around, she will get more than 200' away from me if I am not careful but does come back when I call a few times.
She had full teats when she got to us, obvious that she had recently had puppies, and then was dumped in a city park. She is spayed now and has all her shots.
She is fearful of new people, terrified really, and takes at least 5 days to get comfortable. I can handle her in all ways, bathe her, cut her nails and brush her easily. She also takes some time to get used to new dogs, she is over excited when she meets them and acts dominant, she is pushy with them but given a little time she has played with all the dogs that have visited here. I had a cat here for a few days and while she was interested in the cat she did not try to chase her, this cat did not like dogs so they only intereacted through a gate.
Her bark is too loud for apartment living (she only barks when someone drives up to the house or comes inside), she should not be in a home with small children, she is too fearful. She would do well with someone who has a quiet, laid back life or someone who has the time to work on socializing her to ease her fears. She is located in Bethlehem CT.
