Mookei was found abandoned in the middle of winter at seven months old with half his tail lost to frostbite.
He was adopted by an elderly lady who has taken great care of him, but do to severe health issues of her own she can no longer remain in her home to care for him.
He is very playful and loving. He likes to be cuddled and rocked like a baby. His favorite past times are watching the bird feeder out the window, rolling balls under couches and napping on your lap.
He loves playing with children and might like playing with other cats, but hasn’t found any friends to play with in his current apartment building though not for lack of trying.
He likes his dry food and a can of wet food once a day, and always uses his litter box.
He’s very loving and has the beautiful orange Bombay eyes, but needs a stable home because he gets very anxious when his mom is in the hospital and he’s alone all the time.
