My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Prince.
We rescued Prince from a high kill shelter in Central California. We believe Prince was badly abused and he was found by animal control dumped in a field.

Prince is very trusting, loving, sweet, and playful despite what he’s been through. Prince does not like being in a crate or confined.

Prince loves his toys and we believe his toys bring him comfort as he always has a stuffy in his mouth. He loves to play fetch. He will chase a ball and bring right back. He loves to run, but also to be close to you. He would do best in a home with a yard for play.

He loves to be held or in your lap. He just melts right into your arms. Prince knows the potty pad, but is learning to go outside now very quickly. He is mouthy when he needs to potty and prefers to be taken outside to do his business.

Prince gets along well with other dogs. Cat compatibility is unknown.

Prince is a wonderful puppy who just needs his person or a family.
