Hershey is a 10 year young Chihuahua/ Beagle mix (our best guess!) whose owner surrendered her when he had to move. She's a love of a dog that enjoys being on your lap and going for leisurely walks. According to the previous owner, she is both housebroken and dog-friendly. Hershey is a "golden girl" who would make an excellent companion, especially to someone also enjoying their golden years!
Hershey was recently returned back to the animal shelter for being protective of the home. We are recommending she go to a home that admires her "chihuahua fierceness", as she has proven she would make a good tiny guard dog.
