Cinnamon was found stray in a somewhat rural area with two cute puppies tagged behind. Her babies were adopted and now this she's ready to find her forever person. She is very loving, smart and trainable but has not had any training. She is housetrained but she will jump up on people so a basic obedience class would be wonderful. She has an old break in her front right leg that has healed and vet suggests we leave it alone.She will be reassessed in Sept by a surgeon but we hope all will be well. If not, we will provide what is needed. She can be adopted NOW! Cinnamon is loyal, happy and wants nothing more than to be with her person. She would rather be your only dog too. She may have not had good experiences with other adult dogs so she is reactive at times. We'd feel best if she is the only dog and no small children to jump on. We don't want to make her sound bad because she is a lovely, loving girl but the right home is needed for her to succeed and have a great life. Spay, vaccines, microchip provided. We will be heartworm treating her in a month or so. We will provide.

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue was founded by a team of volunteers with many years of experience in pet rescue. With over 20,000 companion animals being euthanized each year in the Midlands of SC, our goal is to save as many as possible from this dreadful fate. Rescue is expensive, so your help is needed in order for us to save lives. Each pet receives prompt medical attention, is spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped before being adopted into a loving home. Medical care is our main expense. We also must purchase microchips, heartworm and flea preventions, food and many other supplies.
