Atlas is a 1-2-year-old Australian Shepherd/Border Collie that weighs about 30 lbs. He was found wandering on the streets of Rialto with his sister. Atlas was covered in fleas and ticks; he has not had vaccines and is not yet neutered.

He’s a shy dog that does have some separation anxiety when left alone. He is nervous around new people and can bark or growl, but he does warm up. Atlas is good with other dogs; he is very active and playful.

Their adoption process

1.
Meet the Pet

Come to our adoption event and meet the dog you are interested in adopting or fill out our adoption application.

2.
Submit Application

After you've met the dog then you fill out our adoption application. If your application is approved we'll let you know.

3.
Approve Application

If your application is approved then we set up the home check adoption.

4.
Home Check

Then there is a home check that is when we bring the dog to the new home and if everything looks safe we leave the dog.

5.
Pay Fee

At the home check that is when you pay the adoption fee.

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting an Adopt Me Rescue dog, please visit our website and fill out our adoption application www.adoptmerescue.org. We review each application and pick the most suitable situation for each dog. WE DO REQUIRE A HOME-CHECK and you must be at least 21 years of age to adopt a dog from our organization.

There is an adoption fee please e-mail us in regards to the dog your interested in and we will let you know the adoption fee.
