“What a beautiful dog. What breed is he?”

Well you see, Maxik aka Max is from Armenia so he is the ultimate supermutt. Unfortunately Maxik had an owner as a young pup, his owner was a soldier and passed away unexpectedly.

With no one left to take care of him, Max was left to fend for himself on the streets.

Homeless dogs in Armenia aren’t just left to starve, they’re treated horribly. They’re abused and severely neglected. Not only was Maxik most likely bitten and kicked, someone had purposely cut his ears while on the streets.

While Max didn’t let his past define his future, he is still the sweetest dog and enjoys meeting new people. He’s curious on walks and is super easy-going.

He’s approx 1.5/2 years old and around 65lbs. He is amazing with people (and great with kids) and other dogs and gently receives affection.

Add the greatest boy to your family and apply for Max at https://www.muttsinneed.org/adoption-application.html

**Maxik is an international rescue**
