My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

dob 7/29/22

When their owner was evicted, Harper and her grown kitten Freya were put outside, where the neighbors fed them until TC paw picked them up and placed them in a foster home. Harper was very timid at first and hid for a week. Now she loves being petted, sitting in your lap, and playing with small mouse toys and feather wands. She likes petting so much that she gets a little possessive of the person petting her. She'll hiss and bop at another cat who gets too close when she's being petted. If you pet another cat and then reach for her with the scent of the other one on your hand, you may get hissed at. She's not aggressive about it; just grumpy. Loud noise, like shoes on a hard floor, scare her and make her run and hide. Harper needs a quiet home without kids or dogs, but maybe with a calm older cat like the 4 year-old resident cat that she gets along with in her foster home.
