Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Due to a recent tragic loss in our family and the need to relocate with relatives who have allergies to dogs, we are seeking a new home for our 11-year-old husky, Peaches. This decision is difficult for us, and we want to ensure she finds a caring and understanding new family.
Peaches has been a loving and loved part of our family for 7 years, since we adopted her from the San Diego Humane Society. She is spayed, in good health, and recently had a dental.
Peaches is friendly and loves everyone she meets. She is more mellow than the typical husky, as she enjoys napping and sunbathing for most of her day. Peaches enjoys sleeping in and takes her time to wake up. Her daily routine includes sleeping in, going for a walk around the neighborhood, and then eating, followed by a cozy rest at home.
Peaches would thrive in a calm, loving environment where she can continue to enjoy her peaceful, lazy days. She would do best in a home without young children, due to her resource guarding tendencies.
Peaches is house-trained and well-behaved when left alone. She has never chewed on anything or had accidents indoors. Peaches can be selective, but when introduced properly she warms up to other dogs. She is not good with cats or small animals.
If you're interested in offering Peaches a new home or have any questions, please contact Melanie by calling or texting 760-916-5531. We are hoping to find her a place where she will loved as much as she has been with us.
