Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
PHYSICAL FENCE REQUIRED
Country gentleman looking for like-minded family to call my own. Here is what Scotty has to say:
“I am Scotty. I am just 3 but I do know a thing or two about life. I like all my fur friends, cats, dogs and little people too. I am gentle but still like a good romp. I love a nice walk, yet I am a bit shy. Being a gentleman, I need privacy to do necessary things, so a fenced yard is a must. Sometimes I get silly, but I am usually reserved and calm. My foster mom says I am “chill.” I am a watcher. I love for you to pet me and scratch my belly, but I am never obnoxious about it.
Without sounding vain, I am absolutely a handsome fellow that anyone would be proud to be their own. So, say ‘Beam me up, Scotty!!’ And I will be yours forever!!”
Scotty came to us from a not-so-great situation in the country so he is still learning about life in the “city”. He would prefer a quieter home where he gets lot of attention and some guidance to help him navigate all the new things in this new life.
If Scotty strikes your fancy and you are ready to help hIM become the best Collie citizen ever, please fill out an adoption application today! Don't wait! And if Scotty isn’t your cup of tea, we have many more Collies of all ages coming in weekly. Please visit https://tristatecollierescue.org/how-to-adopt/ to complete the adoption application.
Scotty is being fostered in IN.
If you are interested in this dog; and wish additional information, you MUST submit an application on our website. Once we receive your application, an interviewer will call you and try to answer any additional questions you may have.
In order to continue our rescue efforts and help more dogs, we require an adoption donation ranging from $75 - $500, depending on the age, breed and the expenses incurred on the individual dog.
Our application can be found at http://www.tristatecollierescue.org/ under the adopt tab. Thank you
