Hi Friends! My name is Samy and I would be thrilled to meet you.

I am a schnauzer/dachshund 8 month old bundle of love and fun! I weigh 25.9 pounds, in great health and UTD on my vaccinations. My first Mom could no longer look after me so I am staying with my foster Mom and her doggies.

I am very friendly pup full of puppy energy. I love playing with toys and other dogs! I am also a BIG fan of cuddling next to you or if you let me, I will sit on your feet, yep, right on top of them. I would be a great family dog.

My foster Mom is teaching me how to walk on a leash, sit quietly in my crate and of course be house trained. She says I am a smart boy and I am learning very quickly. I have an appointment scheduled to get neutered that the rescue will pay for.

Approve Application

Once your 3 personal references and your vet reference is checked and we approve your application then a meet and greet is set up.

3.
Meet the Pet

If you and your family and your dog are a match then the contract is signed and you and your new family member go home.

More about this rescue

We are a small breed rescue mainly rescuing from local shelters in our area, puppy mill dogs, and owner surrenders

We have a community outreach program where an owner may not be able to pay for vetting for their dog we will have our vet assess the pet and help the owner with expenses.

We do a senior to senior adoption where we continue to cover the vet expenses for the dog and the adopter pays for the food and cares for the dog.

We also have a foster based hospice for any dog that our vet deems is not adoptable for medical issues. The foster takes care of the dog until it crosses over. All expenses are covered by the rescue.
