Hi, I’m Victor – your future fetch champion and all-around toy enthusiast! At just 10 months and a compact 32 pounds, I’m a pup with big dreams and even bigger energy. Throw a ball, and watch me turn into an absolute blur – I’m on it, every single time.
Toys are my passion, and I’ve got the skills to prove it. Whether it’s a squeaky ball, a chewy tug, or a bouncy toy, I’m ready to play and make life a lot more fun. Don’t worry – I’m also working on my manners so I’ll be a pro both in the yard and in the house.

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

The Fulton County Animal Services shelter is open seven days a week:
Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Closed these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
