My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pixie was a last minute rescue from a kill shelter. The staff there begged us and said "this one is so sweet and so timid in the kennels" and we could not refuse. Pixie is shy and slowly coming out of her shell. We know in our hearts, and so will you, how grateful she is to be saved from an almost terrible fate. Pixie gets along with other dogs but we do not know how she is with cats. Pixie is about 6 months old and 29 pounds. Please help Pixie find the loving home she deserves.

We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821).

Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.

Pixie's adoption fee is $400. This covers all their age-appropriate shots, microchipping and vetting.

**If you are coming to an adoption event to see a certain dog/cat, please email ahead of time to make sure that dog/cat will be there that day. Please email 1-2 days before the event, as some animals are placed during the week and our list is constantly changing.
