My name is Aldo!

Aldo is a wonderful family pet. We always describe him as a giant lap dog. We adopted him in East Dallas 2 years ago about a week before we found out we were pregnant with our first. We were just blessed with our second son and as much as we have tried to make it work we just don't think it is fair for Aldo to take a back seat to the boys. Aldo has a lot of energy and just wants to be loved on all the time. We want to make sure he is going to a home that has the means and time available to give him a happy and healthy life.

Aldo loves playing catch in the backyard, going to dog parks and is a great jogging companion. He is also a great cuddler and top notch guard dog. He is kid friendly and good with other pets (although maybe not backyard chickens). He does shed in the summer but we found that a monthly deshedding at the groomer has helped immensely. We think Aldo would do best with an active and attentive family with lots of love to share.
