Meet Dixie: Your Future Furry Friend!

Dixie is a beautiful Great Dane, estimated to be between 1 to 3 years old. This gentle giant has quite a story to tell. Found emaciated in the desert alongside her border collie companion, Dixie was desperately searching for food and safety. Thankfully, a kind-hearted Good Samaritan discovered them and brought them home, giving Dixie a second chance at life.

Now in the loving care of Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue, Dixie has received the medical attention she desperately needed, including vaccinations and a microchip for her safety. Her friend has already found a new home, and now it’s Dixie's turn! Next on her journey is a spay surgery, but in the meantime, she’s soaking up love and attention while she waits for her forever family.

Dixie has a heart full of love and joy to share. She adores toys, cuddling with her human friends, and playing with other dogs. Her gentle disposition and affectionate nature have shown that she is a wonderful companion who deserves all the love in the world. Dixie has never shown aggression; rather, she embodies the spirit of a loyal and loving pet.
