Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Simone is a 5-year-old Jack Russell terrier and chihuahua mix who’s ready to tumble her way into your heart! Much like her namesake, Simone Biles, this pint-sized gymnast has a spirited personality and impressive agility. But instead of leaping for Olympic gold, Simone’s ultimate goal is a forever home with loving humans who can help her stick the landing in life. While she is a “flight risk” when she feels uncertain (her escape artist skills are medal-worthy), with the right environment—a calm, secure home, preferably with a fully fenced yard—this tiny dynamo transforms into a devoted couch gymnast who loves to nap on or beside her favorite people. Be warned—if she does manage to escape, catching her could turn into a full-fledged marathon event!
Simone has a sensitive side, too. She thrives in a tranquil environment where she can build trust and feel secure. She may experience some separation anxiety, so she’d love a home where her humans are around often and, even better, where she also has a canine companion to keep her company. Simone’s not afraid to let you know how she’s feeling, occasionally using her voice to share her excitement. While it may take some time to warm up, once she’s bonded with you, her favorite sport is cuddling—and she’s a champion at it!
If you’re looking for a spirited yet sweet teammate to join your home, Simone might just be your perfect match. She’s eager to find her forever family, and with your love and patience, she’ll shine brighter than an Olympic flame. Could Simone be the star you’ve been searching for? Come meet her today!

Please visit www.hopeanimals.org/adopt to learn more about our adoption process and to complete an adoption application.
Adoption Fee includes spay/neuter*, microchipping, up-to-date vaccinations, and current heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.
*If pet is not old enough to be spayed or neutered prior to adoption, a $50.00 credit will be paid to your vet at the time of surgery.
We require a veterinary reference for current pet owners, and pets must be up to date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. We meet potential adopters in their homes and introduce the pets to the family's current pets to see if it is a good match. A copy of our adoption contract can be requested via email.
