Creamsicle is a neutered, orange and white kitten born on 4/11.

Creamsicle's mom was supposed to be a trap-neuter-release at a feral colony, but the night before her appointment, she gave birth to a litter of 4 kittens! Creamsicle is the biggest of the bunch, but he is also the shyest one! Creamsicle likes getting pet once you let him get comfortable.

He likes to play with his siblings, chase little crinkle mouse toys and chase feathers on a string. He really enjoys the company of his siblings and follows their lead for confidence. He loves wet food, and will run out when it's feeding time!

He would do best with a sibling or other cat in the home, but should be ok as a solo cat. Creamsicle is still a little bit shy, and not recommended for households with children under 12.

Creamsicle is being fostered in Gilroy.

Adoption fee of $40 covers neuter surgery, deworming, rabies and first FVRCP vaccination, and microchip.

If Creamsicle is adopted with one of his foster siblings, the total adoption fee is only $55 for the pair!

More about this rescue

Tailchaser Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill, animal rescue organization based out of the Bay Area, CA, dedicated to rescuing cats and dogs (and sometimes more) from shelters where they are in danger. We believe in removing barriers to adoption and educating pet owners and potential adopters about responsible pet ownership, the importance of spay / neuter, positive behavior training and good nutrition.

We are a foster-home-based organization and we do not have a shelter or physical location that adopters can visit. All of our rescued animals are cared for by volunteer foster families in their homes. This allows us to get to know the animals better, and helps us assess what type of home environment they will do best in.
