Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looks like: German Shepherd mix
Male, 12 years old (estimated), 79 pounds
What Pancho wants most is to be by his best friend's side. Could that best friend be you? Pancho is a loving, mellow pup who likes to say hello to everyone he meets. This goofy guy can often be found rolling around in the grass, gnawing on tennis balls, or relaxing on the couch. But mainly, he just wants to be wherever you are.
Pancho would do best in a house where he can be the only apple of your eye/ but he may also do well with other mellow dogs, provided they're good at giving him some personal space. We have not yet seen how Pancho does with kitties or kiddos. We'd want to make sure all interactions were monitored and small children were respectful before making a match in a home with kids. Pancho loves going for walks, but he has some arthritis and can't walk far distances or very quickly. He does, however, adore going for wagon rides, and his foster has graciously offered to provide his adopter with a wagon to allow him to continue these rides.
Pancho came to us from Contra Costa Animal Services because the shelter was over capacity.
