Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Looking for an affectionate, mellow girl kitten? Fancy, born March 2024 was found as a wee kitten and bottle fed. She will jump into your lap when you sit or let you place her there, staying for short periods of petting and brushing. Fancy enjoys being picked up and cradled like a baby or held upright on your shoulder. She will rub against your face and rub against your legs. Fancy is quiet until mealtime when she tells you to hurry up. For known folks, she rolls over for tummy stoking.
Fancy plays by herself with toys or interactively with you. Her medium loud purr is heard quickly when engaging with known folks. She is friendly with known folks and also with strangers after a few minutes. The foster home has an active dog which she tolerates. Fancy gets along with most cats and should be fine with respectful children. She would enjoy the company of another pet. She uses a scratching post and has spot-on litterbox habits. Siblings are available.
This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com
If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored).
