Meet Khloe! Khloe is a 15 pound, one year Cairn Terrier mix. True to her breed, Khloe is smart, alert, brave, curious, and very physical—she could even be a circus dog! Khloe is playful and energetic. She loves chewy and squeaky toys and can keep herself entertained as long as you’re nearby. She is loyal and affectionate and shadows her foster throughout the day and can be somewhat possessive, especially around other dogs. For this reason, Khloe would be best as the only dog in the home. She’s still very much a puppy, full of energy and curiosity. Khloe is a quick learner, she is treat-motivated, making training a breeze. She has already learned to sit, lay, fetch, and retrieve. Khloe barks to alert her foster but stops once she identifies the source of the noise. She would do best with an active individual or family with older children and should be adopted by an experienced dog owner She is spayed, microchipped and current on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $300.
All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption. Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies. Please go to www.secondchancedogrescue.org and complete an application today! All dogs live in private foster homes until they are adopted.
