My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pepe is full of love and is eager to find a quiet foster home where he can relax away from the bustle of the shelter while he is recovering.

Reason for Foster: Recovering after Heartworm Treatment & awaiting mass removal

Foster Time Frame: 4 weeks

Foster Care Plan: Pepe has just completed his heartworm treatments and will need some time in foster while he is recovering before returning for a recheck appointment. and mass removal. It is important that his activity is restricted and he avoids activities that will elevate his heart rate, and that he is monitored through his time in foster care.

Foster to Adopt Program:
Pepe is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
