Background: Sherman was surrendered and never reclaimed by his owner.

Personality: Sherman is an all-around great dog. He is housetrained and knows basic commands including sit, down, and shake. He absolutely loves playing fetch and playing with squeaky toys! Sherman is sweet and affectionate and appears to have a low-to-medium energy level. He would make a great family dog!

Ideal Home: Sherman could fit into a variety of lifestyles. He's a good-natured sweetheart and is content chasing a tennis ball all day. He has not officially been dog tested but he has show positive body language towards the other dogs in the shelter. Meet and greets are always encouraged!

Final Thoughts: Sherman is a catch! Any home would be lucky to have him.

Adoption Applicants are reviewed, once passed, there is a $85-$95 adoption fee. Once the fee has been collected, the animal is transferred to The Animal Hospital of Cornelius for a final wellness check and spay/neuter if applicable.
