This sweet lady is looking for her new home. She will require someone with previous dog experience and who has an active but structured home. She has the potential to be a great family dog with kiddos over the age of 12 years old. She is looking to be the only fur baby in the home, no other dogs or small animals/cats in the home. She would enjoy a fully fenced back yard to play in and taking daily leash walks with her people. She will require a basic manners or private training class at the time of her adoption.

Go meet their pets
Effective March 1, 2021 AARCS began a pilot to manage pet adoption services for The City of Calgary. The goal is to reduce the time adoptable pets spend sheltered, for the overall welfare of the animals. AARCS has an extensive fostering network, which increases the opportunity for animals to be cared for in homes, instead of shelters, while they wait for their new family. Animal Services will continue to carry out medical and dental care and spay and neuters for adoptable animals before they are transported to AARCS for adoption or fostering. https://aarcs.ca/adoptable-animals/
