My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Scotty (black and white, 6 months old, 9.4 lbs), a playful and sweet cat with a gentle heart. While Scotty adores spending time with you, he’s not too fond of being held. Instead, he shows his affection by nuzzling against your legs or curling up nearby. Scotty is full of energy and loves to play, especially with his favorite toys or anything that dangles. As the biggest of his brothers, he has always been the protective one, always caring and close by to the ones he loves ensuring everyone is happy.
Please call Alexander 661-544-5419 or email alexandernishimoto@outlook.com if you want to meet him.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

If you have found a pet of your liking on our site and contacted us we will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
We require a potential adopter to fill out an application.
If the application is satisfactory we will contact you to set up a time to meet. We also do home checks to make sure that the house or apartment the pet will go to is safe. The pet will be brought to your home at the time of the home check and if everything looks good and goes well the pet will be left with you. We are asking for an adoption fee and we also will have you sign a contract.
We allow a two week trial period during which the money will be refunded if it turnes out to not be a match. After the two week period the adoption fee is not refundable.

More about this rescue

Our goal is to fight for the plight of all companion animals so that none of them will ever
have to experience the horrors of being imprisoned in a pound system, where most of them are executed for the “crime” of being unwanted and homeless.
Animals entering our sanctuary will be given exceptional loving care and all the necessary medical attention whether short term, until adopted or for their lifetimes.
The survival of the sanctuary depends entirely on the support and donations from supporters, members and volunteers.
Through your generous giving we will be able to save countless lives in the future.
