My story

Rocky was rescued from a shelter in Ft. Worth. He is about 2-3 years old per the vet. He loves people and really loves to lick people! When he gets super excited he can jump on people. He's been around little kids, no one younger than 7-ish and has done well. He will jump on them again, if he gets really excited. He loves to chase a ball and his squeaky toy and loves a good Bully stick.

His new home will have to have patience and the time to work with his learning. He can be stubborn, but can learn if he chooses so. He does have a prey drive and likes to chase squirrels if allowed. A home with cats will not be best, as he chased after a stray one in our yard when it ran. He does need some more leash work as he has a tendency to pull. Even though he's a cattle dog, he doesn't nip your heels. He'll use his nose to "boop" you instead. He does have medium energy level and would do well with a large yard or acreage.
