My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smurfette lives up to her name, being a sweet, loving girl who was found as a stray and is looking for a great family to spoil her with attention, a warm bed and a lifetime of no more worries!

She is approximately 1 year old, just under 40lbs loves people, is pretty timid at first and will need someone to have patience and work with her on her confidence. She is good with other dogs and people, is house and crate trained and improving with walking on a leash. Smurf will require a 'solid' or 'smooth' fence as she is very adept at climbing a chain link style fence.

She will be a wonderful addition to any home!

We recommend obedience training for all puppies!

**Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent.

**Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment. Thank you for your interest!

Our adoption fee is $ 300.00 , unless otherwise noted in the pet's description. A completed Adoption Application is required prior to meeting an animal. Vet references will be checked, and then an appointment may be scheduled to meet the pet.

Magnificent Mutt is a group of dedicated volunteers who provide love, hope and a safe sanctuary to our animals in need. They transport, foster, feed and train our many animals. The volunteers give their time and love to the dogs so the dogs learn that humans do indeed care. Not all volunteers foster; their are many other areas where help is needed such as: organizing/running adoption and fundraising events, writing/creating flyers, and other various marketing efforts. We work as a team, and use all of our skills to benefit the animals and the organization.
