Meet Barbie
Come on Barbie, Let's go party! This girl deserves a party that's for sure! She's a survivor of the streets of south Texas. Just a young dog trying to survive. She tugged on the heartstrings of one of the independent rescuers in the Rio Grande Valley and wiggled her way into her heart and home. We knew we had to help when she said a rescue was needed. She's such a loving girl. She loves to PLAY! And is so good with other dogs. Play bows galore!! And when a mama dog comes along....she knows her place and responds with a "Ma'am, yes ma'am!" otherwise known as a "ma'am sandwich" ha! ha! ha! Submitting to whatever reprimand is served up to her. (mainly because of her exuberance LOL)

Barbie is a gorgeous girl and would probably love to be pampered . But that's not what's necessary. She needs love, shelter, food and exercise. That's would be the Barbie dreamhouse and family of her puppy dreams.

She is fostered in Hopeville, CT with many other dogs of various sizes and a 4 year old human who adores her and vice versa. Jumping and excitement would be the only caution with young children.

The adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay, vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and she is on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.

Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state.
