Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blu is 11 years old and came to us as a stray and owners did not reclaim her. She is extremely sweet and dog social. She is looking for somewhere to live out the rest of her glory days. She is still super active but would also be down to snuggle on the couch all day. To meet Blu give us a call @252-444-2712. Her adoption fee is $50

Our shelter is part of the Havelock municipality that restricts donations to physical (food, bedding, litter, etc) items. We are unable to accept monetary donations.

Additional adoption info

The adoption fee is $20 if you are a current city resident ($15 for the adoption and $5 for the license fee); $30 if you are a non-city resident. If you reside aboard MCAS Cherry Point the adoption fee is $15. Rabies vaccine for pets older than 4mos is $10.

We are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm and we are closed on Sundays. We welcome you to come in anytime to see what we have up for adoption or ask us any questions or concerns you may have.
