My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neo is our sleek and handsome hauspanther that hangs out in the “kitten room” with a few of his friends. He’s not technically a kitten… at all… but he gets along so well with other kitties, he gets to join the front room party!

When you first meet Neo presumably during the day, he can be quiet skittish and wary of new people. To be honest, he likes to lay low until it’s time for dinner service and even after since he’s ready to scavenge from others (his idea of sharing is caring). If you do happen to meet him at night, this skittish boy turns into a flirty little dancer who is more confident in his space and presence around people.

Neo would thrive in a home with a patient pet parent who is cat savvy and probably has another cat in the home. He enjoys his companionship and might blossom even more with a confident energy in the home! If you’re hoping for a snuggly lap cat that loves to be handled, Neo is not the guy for you now. We know he’s saving that side of himself for the right person who can provide him the space to blossom. We know it’s in there! We have proof! As a younger kitten, Neo loved to be snuggled and enjoyed more interaction. When he moved into the rescue he found so many kitty friends that people were not as “cool” as before. We get it and no hard feelings (mostly).

If you’re interested in a buddy for your current bud, email our team. Neo is ready for the next step in his journey and we know that while it may take time, he’s worth every bit of effort.
