My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bella

Bella has called PK home for a few years now and we would love to see her find a loving forever home.

Bella is calm and well manned lady. She prefers to spend her days basking in a sunny spot or napping on her favorite bed. She enjoys sitting next to the volunteers and will scoot up next to you when you sit on the floor with her.

Bella was found abandoned several years ago and came to the shelter very obese and struggled get her weight under control. Our main cat room is set up for cats to free feed and while that made Bella’s day it did not help her weigh ins. Bella was moved to a room where we can managed her daily food intake and has been on a prescription weight management food and has hit a good plateau. Because Bella has extra fat folds of skin she can struggle with reaching and cleaning and sometimes needs help with wiping her sensitive areas. Bella would do best in a home where she is the only kitty or where her feline siblings have managed meals as well.

Bella is in her early senior years. She is spayed, declawed, vaccinated, tested negative for leukemia/fiv, and is microchipped.
