My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Baby Tahoe had been kept outside his whole life in the scorching heat, deprived of food and water. He depended on a 5 year old to keep him alive.

He was super shut down after we got him but after 2 days of patience and help from a dog friend, he came right out of his shell!

Now, he's the happiest, goofiest, most social little guy!

He's great with all dogs and people. He's UBER smart, great on leash, and is working on basic obedience now! He loves long walks and hikes. His favorite thing to do is running around with some dog friends. He would do best in a home with another dog.

More about this rescue

Handover Rover is a no-kill rescue that focuses it’s efforts on helping animals that are forgotten, left for dead, abused, neglected, chained up, the ones that are in the worst conditions imaginable. We provide a massive amount of free content to help owners train their own dogs, so they don't feel the need to give them up. And we document everything for the public, from training our rescues to our rescue missions.
