My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pretty Penelope is a sweet, stubby- tailed girl who came to PACC with her 10 puppies in tow. She spent some time raising her babies in a foster home, and now that they’ve all headed off to college, she’s ready to find her own forever home!

In her foster home Pretty Penelope was an active gal who loved to run and play in the pool. She LOVES all people and was reportedly extremely affectionate and super sweet. Here’s what one volunteer said about her:

“I love Pretty Penelope. She is friendly, energetic, playful, and affectionate. I often take her to a yard with her kennelmate and she alternates between playing with him and asking for attention and pets. She’ll even flop over for a belly rub, and her nubby tail is always wagging. A truly nice, very good girl!”

Speaking of Pretty Penelope’s short little sausage tail, not only is it always wagging, but it moves at the speed of light and is the funniest, cutest thing!! If you talk sweetly to her, it speeds up even more!!

Penelope has shared her kennel with a variety of other PACC pups and has been playful, social, and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Pretty Penelope today!!
