My #BoroughBreak Buddy Writes: Meet Cannoli, who bounced into a full body hello, all wiggles and wagging tails. With a greeting that instantly made me feel right at home, Cannoli introduced himself by saying, "Hi, I'm a friend!" Although this was before the few moments it took for his confidence to really catch up to his adorably sweet intentions, we learned as we walked that Cannoli wants to share his trust and love as easily as he shares his hi-fives. Earnestly sitting and handing me his paws, Cannoli knows that it's not always easy to put yourself out there, but it certainly pays off to do so. Just as he had promised, we became dear friends as Cannoli sat on my lap and in my arms, demonstrated his comprehensive repertoire of tricks, and, adorably, elected to occasionally carry his toys with him on our walk. Cannoli has been with us since August and since he's a smart, playful, gentle, and very sweet little gentleman, we know that a forever home is exactly where he will shine brightest. AC&C adoptions include vaccinations, a microchip,
spay/neuter, one month of free pet health insurance, and a free
