My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Alisha, a 5-year-old, 45-pound Aussie/Terrier mix with a sweet and affectionate personality. This lovely lady adores attention and loves being petted, but she's also perfectly content to relax on her own when needed. Alisha is selective with treats, but when she finds one she likes, she takes it ever so gently.

Alisha is great with kids and gets along well with submissive male dogs, making her a wonderful fit for a family environment. She’s not a fan of female dogs and prefers male dogs that are calm and respectful. While she’ll play with them, she’s quick to let them know when they’re getting too rowdy.

Alisha walks beautifully on a leash and is well-behaved and quiet indoors, making her an easy companion to have around. Though she’s low-key, she’ll always be near her people when given the chance. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who’s happy to be by your side or just nearby, Alisha could be the perfect match for you!

More about this rescue

We provide animal related services to our local communities. We are currently partnered with multipule cities to provide Animal Control and/or sheltering within their City limits. As part of our daily outreach we pick up stray animals and try to get them back to their owners. In any case where the owner cannot be located and the dog is adoptable we reach out to both the internet community and our local communities to find loving homes.
