My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Zolla! Despite her age, this little lady is absolutely full of energy. She is very playful and affectionate and in her previous home loved having a cat exercise wheel to run in. Zolla would love someone who has lots of time to spend with her and is experienced with cats. Zolla is outgoing, chatty, and loves affection once she's comfortable, but doesn't have the best social skills and can often become overstimulated easily. This may lead to her grabbing at hands, nipping, and swatting when she is trying to ask for more attention. If you love a cat with a little sass then this fluffy beauty could be for you! In the shelter environment, Zolla has found it hard to make friends but she has done well with some clicker training and positive reinforcement. We suggest taking things slow with Zolla and once you gain her trust you will have a wonderful, loving companion.

Zolla has lived with another cat in her old home but her energy can be a bit much and she may be enough of a hand full on her own. We're not sure how she would do with a dog. A home with children would not be suitable for Zolla due to her petting aggression. Zolla has a bit of a sensitive tummy so is eating a gastrointestinal diet.
