Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello, my name is Bubbles but my foster mom named me Nova. I respond well to that name. I am the most fun and energetic goldendoodle but I also love to relax throughout the day.
The vet says I’m around a year old and a little underweight, but my foster mom has been working on that.
I didn’t get much attention in my life before rescue, so when I first came in I wanted all my foster mom’s attention. But I quickly learned that nice people will give me all the attention I want and I don’t need to worry about it anymore. I live with my two doggie foster sisters and absolutely love playing with them. Sometimes I bring them toys so they will know I’m ready to play. Other times I’ll bring the toy to my foster mom because fetch is my favorite thing.
I am great on leash and love to hike and follow my foster siblings around. I am a little uneasy around boy dogs, and dogs with crazy energy but I like most dogs. I do prefer to have doggie friends who have balanced energy and are playful. I have no problems sharing food or treats. Sometimes I’m a little weary of new people and so I may growl or bark at first but I warm up pretty quickly.
I have a big yard to run around in play in, I think the bigger yard the better for me because fetch is life but if left out too long I may start to dig so you have to watch me. When I’m left home alone with my doggie siblings I am perfectly fine, but if I’m left by myself I get a little anxious. So I do better with a friend and not being alone too much.
I LOVE furniture. I am a couch potato at heart and sleep right in the mix with my foster parents at night. Don’t worry I curl up and don’t take too much room 😂 but this is my favorite part of the day I run to bed before they do!
I haven’t had any accidents in the home, unless you count getting super excited my foster mom is home that I peed a tiny bit. Other than that I know how to use the doggy door and go outside. I also tend to jump when the humans get home but they are trying to teach me what OFF is. I’m good with sit and am still learning the other commands.
Thank you for taking the time to read about me. I can’t wait to come home to you!
