Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOR ADOPTION: CARTER is an adorable, personable 13 month old male looking for a loving forever family. This handsome fella came into our care as a young kitten with his large family group. Unfortunately a few of his siblings and half siblings became quite sick with a non-contagious genetic disease and we lost them. After consulting with experts in this disease from all over Canada we made a plan for how to handle the siblings who may or may not have carried the same genetic markers. We’ve now reached the point where we can confidently say that these remaining siblings are healthy and able to head into their forever homes. We will happily further discuss this genetic disease that effected some of the siblings with any successful applicants. Although it’s been a pleasure to watch Carter grow into an affectionate, playful and overall lovely young cat… it would be far better to see him settled into his forever family. Carter is great with other cats and would love to find a home with one of his many siblings, he is amazing with children and open to the idea of living with dogs. Mostly he just wants a family with lots of time for snuggles. Carter is looking for an indoor only home or a home with a wonderful catio where he can enjoy some fresh air. He is neutered, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control. If you’ve been looking for a vibrant young cat, apply today at www.NWAS.ca for a chance to meet CARTER #NWASCarter #NWASCuddlesandLucyCrew
