My name is Merlin!

G'day, I'm Merlin,

I'm an adorble chinchilla with a touch of mystery... I may be a little shy at first, but I'm very curious about the world around me. I truly enjoy when you just sit and talk with me, and with a little patience I start to warm up and will take treats from you. Once I do that it means I'm comfortable and will show it by bouncing around you so you can be amazed by my parkor skills. Once I've shown my appreciation and am done exploring I will go back in my enclosure into my snuggle spot so no need to catch me or anything, I'm happy to put myself to bed. My foster has learned that once I trust you, I will not only enjoy head scratches, but also belly rubs! I had a bit of a rough time before coming to the rescue. I was lost and alone in a heat wave! Luckily I was found before any harm came to me. I'm happy and healthy now, my friends at LL got me a wellnesss exam to ensure it. Now that I'm happy and healthy I'm ready for my forever home! Life may have started outa lil rough, but I'm now livin the good life and all I'm missing is a family of my own. If that's you, please fill out the application so I can come home! BACKGROUND

Its a crazy story! It was a heatwave and I was sunning myself outside and some nice person spotted me. They told me Chinchillas shouldn't sunbathe and took me to a safe place so I could cool down. I came to Little Lives healthy and with no sunburn, but now I am looking for a forever home.
