Meet Captain Whiskers - Your Future Furry First Mate!

Captain Whiskers is a 4-month-old ginger kitten with a heart of gold and a personality that will melt your heart. This dashing little gentleman is sweet, affectionate, and full of love. He’s the perfect companion for cozy lap sessions, TV marathons, and snuggles in bed.

Captain Whiskers is a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with both dogs and other cats, making him an ideal addition to any multi-pet household. He’s also incredibly patient and gentle, which means he’ll thrive in a home with kids of all ages. Whether he’s being carried around or lounging on your lap, Captain Whiskers is always happy to be by your side.

While he’s not neutered yet, our rescue will cover the cost of the procedure through TCAP or our veterinary clinic in Colleyville. Captain Whiskers does have a unique feature—his testicles aren’t visually present due to a malformed sack. However, they are in the correct location, and this minor issue won’t affect his health or his ability to be neutered when the time comes.

This brave little kitten has overcome the odds. As the runt of his litter, Captain Whiskers had a rough start in life, but his resilient spirit has made him stronger and even more lovable.

Captain Whiskers is up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped, fecal checked, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He’s ready to set sail to his forever home—will you be his anchor?

Since we don't have a single physical location we do meet and greets by appointment only. Our meet and greets will be held at a local vet clinic in Colleyville where you will get to meet the kittens you selected to see.

Rainbow Kitten Rescue is an independent rescue based out of Dallas Texas, just a passionate vet tech looking to give back to the community. Our goal is to take some of the strain off shelters and larger rescues, helping wherever we can. I advocate for spaying/neuter and will occasionally assist with TNVR but we are mainly here as a foster home to help kittens adjust to new lives eventually. We provide a dog and cat-filled home to ensure our fosters are comfortable with all types of pets. We love our adopters with canine friends!
